Parma patron Tommaso Ghirardi says they have signed Chelsea striker Fabio Borini.

In a heart-breaker for Swansea City fans, Borini appears on his way to Parma - no matter what happens in the Championship playoff.

Parma are also in talks for AZ Alkmaar striker Graziano Pelle and former Manchester City forward Rolando Bianchi.

"Borini is already ours and we are defining the last details for Pellè," declared Ghirardi. "I can't talk about Bianchi as he is still trying to get promoted with Torino."
