Swansea City are closing on a deal for PSV Eindhoven winger Luciano Narsingh.

The Daily Mail says Swans have opened discussions with PSV Eindhoven over a £4million fee for Narsingh.

The 26-year-old is another client of agent Mino Raiola and is out of contract in the summer.

Swansea will confirm Paul Clement as their new manager this week and he will be working alongside moneyball analyst Dan Altman, an American former economics journalist who is acting as a transfer consultant for the club.

Clement is still to rubber-stamp Narsingh's arrival but negotiations are well on.
