Swansea City boss Garry Monk admits the club is unlikely to sign Martin Olsson before the winter transfer window slams shut.
The Swans have been in talks with Norwich City regarding the Swedish left-back but Monk has revealed an agreement on the proposed transfer fee has not yet been made meaning it could be left very late if anything was still to happen.
"We have our valuation of players and other clubs will have theirs of what players are worth," he said.
"If it doesn't meet a deal won't be done and that's the same with every negotiation you go into.
"We put a bid in (for Olsson) but it doesn't look as if the two clubs will agree on a valuation - and that's where that deal is right now."
The Premier League's winter window closes at 11pm BST on Monday, February 2.
