Swansea City signing Martin Olsson can't wait to get working under Paul Clement.
28-year-old Swedish defender has joined the Swans from Norwich City on a two-and-a-half-year deal, with the option of a third, for a reported fee of £4million.
Olsson worked with Swans boss Clement when he was a coach at Blackburn Rovers and is keen to reunite with the former Chelsea, Real Madrid, PSG and Bayern Munich assistant at the Liberty Stadium.
"I've known Paul for a few years and he's a good man," Olsson told swanseacity.net.
"I like the way he trains – it is intense – and I can't wait to start working with him.
"The squad plays good football, even with the position the team is in now, and I don't think the club should be down there. It's a good team.
"A few seasons ago Swansea were very high up in the table, and they haven't lost too many players since then.
"With the way we play, we should be up there. Hopefully Paul comes in with his tactics and makes it work."
