Swansea City midfielder Jonjo Shelvey is set to avoid an FA charge for his 'swim away' gesture at the end of the derby.
The Western Mail says Shelvey will NOT be punished by the Football Association for his 'swim away' gesture to Cardiff City fans following Sunday's South Wales derby.
FA chiefs were considering whether to take action after Shelvey's actions were caught on television cameras as he passed a group of Cardiff fans just minutes after the 1-0 defeat.
