Swansea City midfielder Leon Britton has hailed manager Michael Laudrup after victory over Sunderland.
Laudrup remains calm under pressure and helped to inspire a four-goal second half showing against Sunderland on Saturday without the need for dressing room theatrics.
Britton said of the Swans boss: "The gaffer's not a ranter and raver but he gets his message across.
"He just said that if we could raise our game, we could get the win."
