Spanish club Rayo Vallecano have confirmed that midfielder Michu is in talks with Swansea City.
The 26-year old, who is attracting interest from a host of Premier League clubs, is set to depart the Madrid-based club this summer with a spokesperson suggesting to Sky Sports that a deal is imminent.
"Now Michu is negotiating with Swansea," the spokesperson confirmed.
It is believed that the Swans have offered Michu, who has previously played with Oviedo and Celta Vigo, a three-year deal.
