Swansea City are being linked with a sensational move for Hercules striker David Trezeguet.

Trezeguet is seeking a move away from the Spanish minnows this summer.

The Daily Mail says Swansea need strikers and hope to finalise Leroy Lita's deal today but know they need someone of greater calibre alongside him to share the burden against better defences.

Although he is free - £1.5million a year is going to be difficult for Swansea unless he takes a cut.
