Swansea is interested in bringing Martin Skrtel back to the Premier League, according to the Daily Mail.

The Swans are keen on signing another centre-half, as young star Alfie Mawson looks set for a big move after his impressive performances at the U21 European Championships.

Skrtel moved to Fenerbahce from Liverpool last summer for a fee of £5m, and the Turkish club are determined to recoup the majority of what they paid.

The 32-year old played made 319 appearances over eight seasons for the Reds.
