Swansea City have launched a bumper bid for FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli.

The Daily Star says Swans have tabled a bid believed to be around £8.5m for Chadli.

The Premier League outfit have switched their attentions to the Belgium international after being frustrated in their attempts to sign Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony.

Winger Chadli, 25, scored 13 goals for Twente last season and played five times for Belgium.
