Swansea City are closing in on Real Betis midfielder Alejandro Pozuelo.

The Mirror says the player is out of contract this summer, but Swansea will have to pay a small compensation fee to land him.

Betis board member Jos Antonio Bosch confirmed: "The player (Pozuelo) has no interest in playing for Betis and will not play. He will not be required at this club."
