Swansea City are not about to offload captain Ashley Williams according to reports.
The Wales international has been constantly linked with Crystal Palace in recent weeks but the Welsh club have absolutely no plans to sell their star centre-half.
A source close to the club has told the Daily Star that Williams is an integral part of Garry Monk's squad and will not be sold this summer, especially to a Premier League rival.
"Gary Monk has made it clear he has no intention of selling his best players this summer, and Ashley clearly falls into that bracket," said the source.
"The club is on a sound financial footing and does not need to let players go in order to generate money.
"Ashley signed a new contract just a year ago, he is happy here and has a great relationship with Garry and he is not going anywhere."
30-year-old Williams, who has been at the Liberty Stadium since 2008, only signed a new four-year contract with the Welsh club last summer.
