Swansea City fullback Neil Taylor has paid tribute to his sports shrink after making an earlier-than-expected return to the first team squad on the weekend.
Taylor has recovered from a nasty ankle injury in September, which was expected to see him out for the season.
He puts his quick recovery down to sports psychologist Ian Mitchell.
Taylor, 24, said: "I've tried to explore every single avenue there is in terms of aiding my comeback.
"It was all about talking about the injury, how I felt, the thought of going into a 50-50 challenge and the possibility of it happening again. But it was also about positive thinking too.
"I wanted to help myself return quicker."
