Swansea City fullback Angel Rangel is declaring himself for England.
The Daily Express says Rangel has said he wants to be considered by England.
The Spaniard joined the Swans from lowly Terrassa in 2007 but UK residency laws mean he will be eligible to apply to become a naturalised British citizen this summer.
