Swansea City must decided between loan targets Steven Caulker or Giovani dos Santos - both of Tottenham.

The South Wales Echo says Swansea are believed to be keen on signing both players on loan, but Premier League rules stipulate that a club can borrow only player at a time from a fellow top-flight side.

The only exception to this rule is any temporary transfer which becomes permanent.

In that case, Swansea would have to sign either Caulker or Dos Santos with an agreement in place to buy the player permanently at the end of the loan.
