Swansea defender Alfie Mawson will put his hand up if England's semi-final clash with Germany goes to penalties.
The two countries face off in the U21 European Championships penultimate match on Tuesday.
The old rivalry brings backs memories of Germany's victory over England in the Euro96 semi finals, which they won on penalties.
But Mawson, who was two years of age when the match took place, isn't afraid of taking a penalty in tomorrow's match.
"I'm confident enough to step up and take one," Mawson said via Sky Sports.
"Hopefully, it doesn't get to that and we finish the game in normal time.
"If we did come to that we feel we have enough character to go through.
"We've got to go out there with the confidence we came to this competition with."
