Swansea City defender Jazz Richards is eyeing a Premier League chance.

Richards made only his second Premier League appearance in the 0-0 draw with Aston Villa last Sunday.

The Wales Under-21 captain said: "I'm ready if the gaffer needs me. I thought I did OK but I've never been so nervous in all my life. I felt physically sick coming on.

"It was probably the fact that it was my first game in front of all the home fans. I felt fine as the game wore on."
