Swansea City have a deal in place for Ajax defender Mike van der Hoorn.

The Mirror says Swans have reached an agreement with Ajax for centre-back Van der Hoorn.

Reports in Holland state the Swans will pay €2.5 million for the 23-year-old centre-back.

He was linked with a move to South Wales earlier in the week as Francesco Guidolin looks to strengthen his squad ahead of his first full season in charge.
