Swansea City boss Francesco Guidolin says they were never in for Crystal Palace signing Emmanuel Adebayor.
The pair worked together at Monaco a decade ago before Adebayor moved to Arsenal.
“When we worked together Emmanuel was young, but you could see he was a good striker," said Guidolin.
“He was good to manage, he had many things to learn but he was never difficult to work with.
“But no I did not want him at Swansea because I am happy to have Alberto (Paloschi)."
