Swansea City director John van Zweden believes Louis van Gaal will flop at Manchester United.
Van Zweden says Van Gaal's personality won't fit in at Old Trafford.
"Van Gaal does not fit," said Van Zweden. "I am convinced that he is not going to save Manchester. I have great respect for Van Gaal as a coach, but his way of talking in the media really cannot continue. And you should not be mistaken with the English media. They can really break you.
"United is a real family club with a decent man like Sir Alex Ferguson who for years was at the helm.
"I frankly expected them to approach Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola. The Bayern coach has more similarities with Ferguson and could be a lot better fit."
