Swansea City powerbroker John van Zweden feels Louis van Gaal needs to start winning quickly at Manchester United - or he'll be soon on his way.
Dutchman Van Zweden is a part owner in Swansea and took great pleasure in their opening day shock at United.
Now, after their Capital One Cup humiliation at MK Dons, he declared: "I'm not a fan of Van Gaal, but I have respect for that man. Players always talk positively about him.
"But believe me, well, relying on just a name you can not make it in England.
"I do not wish Van Gaal misery, but the press will be his downfall, when he is not winning.
"It is sad what is happening there (at United), but also not surprising that here and there there's laughter."
On United's €75 million deal for Angel di Maria, Van Zweden added: "A reserve player from Real Madrid?"
