Swansea City are still looking to bolster their defence and may try to bring in Hungarian centre-half Zoltan Liptak.
The 26-year old is available as a free agent after leaving homeland club Videoton last month and Swans boss Brendan Rodgers has made no secret of his desire to reinforce his defensive options following the injury to Tottenham loanee Steven Caulker and seeing his pursuit of Fulham's Rafik Halliche blocked by FIFA.
Liptak revealed to Nemzeti Sport that he was meeting with a Premier League club but did not reveal who exactly it was.
"I'm on trial at a Premier League club but I don't want to say anymore," Liptak said.
"I wouldn't even call it trial, I would say we try to get to know each other.
"I got the chance last Saturday, I travelled there on Sunday and attend my first training on Tuesday.
"There'll be a friendly game between the squad members on Wednesday and after this my future will be decided. On the weekend I may be ready to sit on the bench."
