Swansea chasing Aberdeen whizkid Ryan Fraser

Swansea City are eyeing Aberdeen youngster Ryan Fraser.

The Scottish Sun says Fraser, 18, is attracting interest from the likes of Premiership outfit Swansea, despite the fact he will make only his 11th top team start against St Mirren tonight.

Dons boss Craig Brown said: "Would you be better to be Ryan Fraser playing in front of 10,000 fans at Pittodrie, or to be Fyvie playing for the reserves on the Wigan training ground?

"Ryan will get far more money if he waits than he would if he went to the big time now. He should learn his trade at Pittodrie, but I can be accused of being selfish because I want him in my Aberdeen team.

"However, I genuinely feel it is in his best interests to remain longer with us and to become an established player before going to England."
