Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins knows it is simply human nature if manager Brendan Rodgers is linked with other clubs.
The former Chelsea assistant has done a brilliant job in his first Premier League campaign as manager, guiding the promoted Swans to 11th on the table after 25 matches, which has brought about links to bigger clubs.
But Jenkins is not bothered as Rodgers' name, as well as that of fellow top flight newcomer Paul Lambert, was always going to be mentioned if the club did well.
"Whether it is Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Liverpool or whoever, we better get used to the fact that our manager is going to be mentioned if those jobs come up.
"Brendan and Norwich's Paul Lambert are probably going to be mentioned whenever a job comes up. That's just a fact of life.""Given the way we have performed as a club and the football we have played, it's quite natural that our manager is going to be linked to other clubs," he told the South Wales Evening Post.
