Swansea City and Cardiff City are chasing West Bromwich Albion striker Peter Odemwingie today.
The Daily Mail says Swansea boss Michael Laudrup has wanted him for months and it was the decision of Huw Jenkins not to sanction a move in June that helped tensions grow between the club and its manager.
Swansea have already made a bid - roughly £1.8m - but have grown progressively more frustrated by the escalating price. West Brom are understood to now want somewhere around £3m.
