Swansea City captain Ashley Williams has called for crisis talks after defeat at Norwich City.
Williams has called for dressing room talks to get to the bottom of Swansea City's worrying loss of form after admitting Garry Monk's men need to face up to the reality of their slump.
He told WalesOnline: “The belief is there we can turn it around.
"We believe in what we do and the message will be to stick together. I have been in tough times and this is a tough time – there is no escaping that.
“We are not where we want to be and we are not playing how we want to be playing. We're not winning games or keeping clean sheets.
“It's time to start looking at ourselves and the team and how we can affect it and have a bit of honesty and realism of the situation. It's not about taking it personally.
“I've been in this situation and it's not nice, and I don't really plan to be in this bad moment for a long time. We always do our work on the training pitch – that's not in question because we work so hard. But we'll need to talk about things."
