Newcastle United are set to open talks with Swansea City fullback Neil Taylor.
Newcastle can hold talks with Taylor after tabling a £1million bid.
The Magpies have triggered a clause in the 22-year-old Wales international's contract meaning he has permission to speak to St James' Park manager Alan Pardew.
However, Swansea say the clause does not allow him to move clubs without their permission.
