Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers is moving to expand his backroom team during the international break.

Rodgers is set to bring John Stephenson, who he worked with at Watford, to the Liberty Stadium to head up the club's recruitment team.

And he is also poised to put in place a new head of medical staff to oversee fitness, conditioning and physiotherapy work at Swansea.
