Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers has hopes of keeping on-loan Hoffenheim midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson.
The Icelander struck twice in yesterday's 3-0 win over Fulham.
"The system and the way we play suits him. Obviously he went to Hoffenheim and it hasn't worked out for him, but there are certain players that can play in a certain style in a certain philosophy.
"He has certainly coped and adapted very well.""I felt we needed a goalscoring midfield player having assessed the team for the first six months [in the Premier League]," he said. "He has slotted in perfectly and he is a wonderful lad. Our group love football, they work hard every day and for me he is a player that has got a big talent.
