Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers is confident of signing permanently Gylfi Sigurdsson.
The winger, on-loan from Hoffenheim, is also interesting Manchester United.
Rodgers, who would have to break his side's £3.5m transfer record to land Sigurdsson, told talkSPORT: "He has been brilliant in his time here and he really enjoys it here.
"Our club is looking to to get something in place with Hoffenheim.
"It will probably run over it until the end of the season but we are very hopeful we can prise him here. He will be a great signing for us."
