Swansea boss Rodgers: Caulker would've made difference at Spurs

Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers felt they missed Steven Caulker for defeat at Tottenham.

Rodgers said a lack of height cost his side as 6ft 3in Emmanuel Adebayor scored two headers.

On-loan Spurs central defender Caulker, who has played in 19 of Swansea's top-flight games this season, was ineligible.

Rodgers said: "Steven Caulker, who's 6ft 3in and usually plays, might have combated that. We couldn't deal with it."
