Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers was delighted with the response from his players for their win at West Bromwich Albion.
Rodgers revealed he called a team meeting on Friday night after Swansea allowed Chelsea to level deep in injury-time last week.
The Swans chief said: "Today was a good test of all the things we spoke about. The players came through it with flying colours."
Rodgers' Premier League newcomers are already on 30 points and sitting in a lofty 10th place.
He added: "It's an incredible achievement for the players, not just the points but the style in which they've played."
