Swansea City boss Garry Monk says he hasn't had the chance to switch off since taking the job.
As he celebrates an excellent first 12 months in as a top-flight coach, Monk reckons the whole experience has been one long, constant learning curve.
The ex-Southampton and Torquay central defender said: "There's no one lesson, there's been a number.
"As a manager your mind changes week to week but I guess the biggest thing is managing your emotions and expectations because you expect perfection every week - in training and then in games. It's hard when those levels drop off."
