Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup was satisfied with their 0-0 draw at Sunderland.
Laudrup was the happier manager having seen his side put their Capital One Cup heroics to one side to turn in an away performance which could and perhaps should have brought more.
He said: "In Swansea, everybody since then has been talking only about the Chelsea game and the final on February 24.
"Absolutely no-one has spoken one word about Sunderland and the league game today, so it was very important for me to see the reaction from the squad, and that's why I am really pleased."
