Michael Laudrup hopes his Swansea City players can take the positive aspects of the 1-0 Boxing Day loss to Chelsea into their next fixture.
The Swans were beaten by Eden Hazard's goal on the half-hour mark at Stamford Bridge but worked hard to force a draw in Laudrup's opinion.
After the match, the Dane spoke in an upbeat fashion as 11th-placed Swansea get set to take on Aston Villa on Saturday.
"It was important for me to see that we stayed in the game against a team like this [Chelsea] until the last second, believing we could get something," Laudrup told Sky Sports.
"Again, we did not [get something] but we have to bring these positive things along to the next game."
