Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup has no problem with his super sulk Nathan Dyer.
The little winger came off the bench again and grabbed the goal which earned Swansea a point against Southampton.
And Laudrup said: "I would have been worried if he said, 'No problems, I'm happy'. He knows that even when he doesn't start he'll always come on. He knows I have a lot of confidence in him."
