Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup is happy with Wilfried Bony's gradual adjustment to the Premier League.
The Dane argues the switch from Holland to England is a massive one because of the gulf in class between the respective leagues.
He said: "Wilfried's come in from the Dutch league which is not as competitive as the Premier League.
"I don't want to push him too much.
"He's adapting the way I expected him to - even if people say money has to be the equal of performances and goals scored.
"But I know it is not easy for everybody to adapt quickly, particularly when you play up front.
"With respect to the Dutch defenders, it is a big difference over here - especially with the league start we had against Manchester United, Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal."
