Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup won't set a deadline for Wilfried Bony to find his feet in the Premier League.
Laudrup admitted he had no idea how long it will take for the 24-year-old to get up to speed.
He said: "I don't know. Football is not a science, and on top of what I am saying he is coming from the Dutch League into the Premier League.
"It's a huge step and he needs to adapt as well and that is why we're trying to help him, we are all trying to do that. We are trying to give him the extra he did not have in the summer."
