Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup says managing Barcelona isn't for him.
Laudrup is full of pride leading the club into today's Capital One Cup final.
He told the Mail on Sunday: "People say, "But why not Barcelona or Milan or Manchester United?" There are 23 players in a squad but only one manager. How many top teams are there in Europe? Ten? 12? So that's 12 jobs only. Anyway, I could spend eight years dreaming of managing Barca, finally get there, lose the cup final and in the semi-finals of the Champions League and be sacked. I'm not sure that's for me."
