Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup admits they're doing extra work with Wilfried Bony.
The Ivory Coast striker, who cost £12m from Vitesse Arnhem, has got only two league goals - one of them a penalty - and was on the bench in Sunday's south Wales derby for the second game in a row.
Laudrup said: "We need to work with Wilfried. He did not have a proper pre-season with all the things happening before he moved and even after we signed him he had to stay away for nine days to get a work permit.
"That is why we are trying to get him up to top condition, so we can see the best from him. He is a special case for a lot of reasons."
