Swansea City boss Paul Clement is targeting Chelsea captain John Terry.
Clement worked with Terry at Stamford Bridge, firstly as a coach under Guus Hiddink in 2009 and then for two seasons as assistant manager to Carlo Ancelotti.
They won the double together in 2009-10.
“The fact is, I know John, he is a top player and a free agent. So it would only be sensible to have a discussion with him to see if he would be interested," said Clement.
“I don't know if he has already decided on somewhere else. A lot of the time these things are already done. But if that is not the case, and he would be open to a conversation, then I would be open to that as well."
