Released Bayern Munich defender Holger Badstuber has attracted interest from Swansea City.
Germany international Badstuber, who can operate at left-back or in the centre of defence, has been with Bayern for 15 years. But his contract expires this month and he has decided to seek a fresh challenge.
Swansea boss Paul Clement knows Badstuber from his brief spell as Carlo Ancelotti's assistant at the Allianz Arena, and the Swans boss remains an admirer of the 28-year-old.
The defender is weighing up his future, with the Swans on his radar.
