Swansea City manager Paul Clement has praised Alfie Mawson following the Swans' 2-0 victory over Reading in the Carabao Cup.
Swansea advanced to the 4th round of the Carabao Cup with a 2-0 victory over Reading away from home on Tuesday night and following the clash, manager Clement has hailed goalscorer Mawson for his performance during the evening.
Clement said: "He is really maturing well. He looks strong physically, he dealt with a lot of situations here by reading the game well.
"He is very dangerous in the opposing box and he is good on the ball. He is part of that defensive unit that are doing very well at the moment."
