Chris Sutton and his assistant manager Ian Pearce have quit their jobs at Lincoln City after just a year in charge.
Former Blackburn and Chelsea striker Sutton and his number two, ex-West Ham defender Pearce, have left the League Two club for personal reasons.
The Imps sit in 20th place in the table after a disappointing start to the season, having picked up only two wins from nine games.
Lincoln drew 0-0 with Burton Albion on Tuesday night and the board of directors have arranged a press conference for Wednesday evening.
