Andrew Surman says it was the right decision to quit Southampton for Wolves this summer.
The midfielder said: “It was a massive blow for me seeing Saints’ demise as I have been a fan since I was really young but the club does seem to be sorting itself out now with a new owner and a new manager. Things are looking up.
“But for me it is all about Wolves now and I have never played in the Premier League but I have confidence in my own ability.
“I feel I can perform at this level so time will tell.”
