Super agent Enzo Bronzetti feels AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi must take charge to lift the club from their current crisis.
Berlusconi held crunch talks with some of his directors on Monday after their dismissal defeat to Parma.
Bronzetti told TMW: "It starts with the President. I'm sure the passion of Berlusconi will put everything in its place.
"For the sake of Milan, I hope Adriano Galliani stays.
"It's needless to seek culprits. Because it is the fault of everyone from the President down to the last piece of the club."
He added: "If you have the money, you can buy top players. Otherwise you're working with free agents.
"Milan was once used to buying the better players because they had the opportunity to buy the best. Now things are different. All this, in my opinion, started a few years ago ... "
