Sunderland winger Stephane Sessegnon insists they can upset Chelsea.
The Benin striker still believes they are there for the taking today.
And that despite the Black Cats' own shocking record of just two wins in 22 league games.
Sessegnon, 28, said: "Perhaps this is the best moment to receive Chelsea. Both teams are obliged to win and the game will be intense and passionate.
"The Chelsea game is so important. They arrive here with so many problems in the league - and they've been knocked out of the Champions League.
"Three points are vital for us as we also face Manchester United, City and Tottenham before the New Year."
