Sunderland midfielder Sebastian Larsson has no regrets leaving Arsenal.
Larsson has no regrets about making his difficult decision to leave Arsenal after watching two FA Cup Finals from the stands.
"I want to show people I am a good player. That is what I am trying to do here. Martin O'Neill has brought a confidence and a will to win to Sunderland.
"There is no reason why we can't have a good FA Cup run."Larsson said: "When I went on loan to Birmingham, I didn't want to go back to Arsenal and be a bit-part player, only involved every now and then. I was never involved in an FA Cup Final with Arsenal. I was in the stands. But I don't want to be wearing a suit at an FA Cup final - I might as well watch it at home. You can't hang on at a big club just because you're there - you have to be honest.
