Sunderland winger Jordan Henderson is delighted with his progress on-loan at Coventry City.

"It is giving me great experience playing first-team football at this level every week between now and the end of the season and hopefully I can kick on again in the summer," said Henderson.

"I feel comfortable playing at this level and I have got to keep working hard and hopefully I can do a good job for the team and keep creating things.

"The gaffer from Sunderland and the coaches up there have been brilliant, and all my mates have all been ringing me to see how I am doing, so I feel still very much part of Sunderland despite being away."
