League Two Northampton have signed Sunderland left-back Blair Adams on a one-month loan. The 20-year-old, who has represented England Under-20s, has yet to feature for the Black Cats first-team, but has been on the bench and had a loan spell with Brentford earlier this season.
He could be involved in the Cobblers' Bank Holiday clash with Shrewsbury on Monday.
